We use a third-party billing company, Enlightened Solutions, LLC. As a client you may be contacted by their team to verify benefits, collect payments, inquire about insurance changes or any other billing issue

 

. We can bill the below insurances for each of our clinicians.

 

  Your fee will vary based on your insurance plan and benefits. *Please note, while we do our very best to check a client's insurance plan and coverage, it is ultimately the client's responsibility to understand their insurance, coverage and benefits.*

If you pay out of pocket or opt out of using your insurance, you are have the right to request a Good Faith Estimate.
